This Is a binding Legal Agreement regarding the font software and the design of the typeface embodied within (collectively, the “Font Software”) that you are downloading or purchasing from Piotr Łapa, for yourself, your company, your employer, or other principal (hereafter collectively referred to as “you”). If you refuse to accept a contractual obligation through this license agreement, you are not permitted to access, download, or use the Font Software. Please thoroughly and carefully read through this Agreement before purchasing, downloading, installing and/or using the Font Software, Any of which shall indicate your express agreement to the following terms and conditions.
The Font Software licensed under this Agreement and its inherent digital, device-readable, scalable data is supplied to you by Piotr Łapa for usage only, and remains the intellectual property of the designer(s) of the Font Software.
Piotr Łapa and/or the designer(s) reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
Upon receipt by Piotr Łapa of all applicable fees, and subject to your compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, terminable and non-transferable license to use the Piotr Łapa Font Software in accordance with the following terms and conditions. You may not exceed the scope of this license. If you have negotiated and agreed to any additional terms and conditions, those must be in writing and signed or sent by Piotr Łapa, and must incorporate this Agreement by reference.
The Trial License allows you to use the Font Software for a duration of 90 days, starting from the date of installation. This period is provided to you free of charge and enables you to assess the suitability and functionality of the Font Software for your specific needs.
During the trial period, you are granted the right to install and use the Font Software on a maximum of five (5) devices, such as desktop or laptop computer workstations, notebooks, netbooks, tablets, and/or smartphones.
The Font Software provided under this Trial License is solely for evaluation purposes. You may use the Font Software to assess its features, visual quality, and compatibility with your projects. However, any use of the Font Software for commercial or production purposes is strictly prohibited.
Please note that the trial version of the Font Software has a limited glyphs set, which includes the following characters: A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 . , : ! ? - &. This limitation allows you to evaluate the overall design and appearance of the Font Software but may not include all characters available in the full version.
You are not permitted to distribute, sell, modify, include, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise copy or include the Font Software without the express written consent of Piotr Łapa. Any modifications, derivations, or adaptations of the Font Software require the express permission of Piotr Łapa or the designer or both, as applicable.
The Font Software and the design of the Font embodied therein are the exclusive property of Piotr Łapa and/or the designer, protected under both domestic and international copyright and unfair competition laws. The Font Software is licensed, not sold, to you under this Trial License.
At the end of the 90-day trial period, your right to use the Font Software under this Trial License will automatically terminate. You must cease all use of the Font Software and either uninstall it from your devices or purchase the appropriate license to continue using it legally.
The Font Software provided under this Trial License is provided "AS IS," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. Piotr Łapa and the designer expressly disclaim any implied warranties.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations relating to the use and distribution of the Font Software during the trial period.
All other terms and conditions outlined in the End User License Agreement, including but not limited to restrictions on embedding, distribution, derivative works, and termination, are applicable during the trial period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your use of the Font Software is strictly limited to the number of End Users specified and paid for during purchase. With a single Desktop License, you can install the Font Software on up to two (2) devices, such as desktops, laptops, notebooks, netbooks, tablets, or smartphones. Additional End User licenses are required for each extra device. If you're a company purchasing a multi-user license, your employees can use the Font Software worldwide, provided they abide by this Agreement. It's your responsibility to inform and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions among your employees.
You can utilize the Font Software for personal design works, creating rasterized images for websites, and other personal uses. If you design or create works for third parties, such as clients, you're considered a "Designer" and can employ the Font Software for those works. However, the use by those third parties must adhere to the obligations and restrictions outlined in this Agreement, without the privileges of the Font Software license. Notify those third parties in writing about these obligations and restrictions. You cannot permit any third party to use your copy of the Font Software or transfer it to others. The Font Software can be used to print multiple copies of commercial products like clothing, packaging, posters, coffee mugs, etc., as long as the 250,000 instance limit mentioned in section 5.5 is not exceeded, and no other restrictions in this Agreement are violated. You can create a company logo using the Font Software, but refrain from including the typeface design in any trademark registration. Further usage restrictions are detailed in Section 5.
You're allowed to maintain a single backup copy of the licensed Font Software on the cloud, local devices (desktop, laptop, mobile), or studio server. Ensure that you're the only party with access to this backup copy. Sub-licensing, selling, leasing, renting, lending, or giving away the Font Software to any other person or entity is prohibited.
If you require the services of a service provider (e.g., commercial printer) and are unable to outline the fonts or convert them into flattened, graphical artwork, you can transfer a single copy of the required Font Software to that specific service provider. Once the job is completed, the service provider must delete the Font Software or purchase their own Desktop License. It's your responsibility to communicate this requirement to the service provider. Using the Font Software by any third party in any other circumstance is strictly prohibited.
In the event that the Font Software is found to be defective, it may be eligible for exchange. To initiate a refund claim, you must adhere to the following requirements: (a) provide confirmation that you no longer possess or control any copies of the Font Software, (b) furnish evidence of a valid purchase and a sales receipt from Piotr Łapa, and (c) supply any additional information requested by Piotr Łapa to substantiate your claim. All refund requests must be submitted within one (1) week from the date of purchase.
You are granted permission to embed or include the Font Software within electronic documents such as PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, or similar formats, for personal or commercial purposes ONLY if the following conditions are met: A) The Fonts cannot be extracted and remain in a "read-only" state; B) The document containing the embedded Font Software is not intended for sale, resale, or mass distribution in any form; C) Online usage does not involve redistributing usable versions of the Font Software; D) The distribution of the document is limited to fewer than 250,000 instances. If documents containing embedded copies of the Font Software are intended for sale, a separate ePub License must be obtained from the shopping cart. Similarly, if the distribution of the document exceeds 250,000 instances, a separate Large Volume Commercial license extension must be acquired. For quotes or inquiries regarding these specific types of use, please contact us directly.
Without the express written consent of Piotr Łapa, you are prohibited from distributing, selling, modifying, including, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, translating into other font formats or formats for use with other devices, or copying the Font Software in any manner. Any alterations, derivations, or adaptations of the Font Software require explicit permission from Piotr Łapa or the designer, or both, as applicable. Piotr Łapa and the designer retain the exclusive right to create such modifications, derivations, or adaptations.
The usage of the Font Software is subject to certain restrictions, and in order to engage in the following activities, you must obtain the appropriate additional license or license extension. The descriptions provided below serve as examples for your convenience and do not limit the scope of any restrictions. If you require any of these specific uses or have inquiries regarding the applicable license, please reach out to us for further assistance.
You are prohibited from embedding the Font Software in electronic devices ("OEM"), including but not limited to desktop computers, smartphones, mobile devices, gaming consoles, media players, electronic kiosks, computer servers, smart televisions, or any other present or future devices, without acquiring a license extension. For this particular type of use, please contact us to receive a customized quote.
Embedding the Font Software within other software, such as application content, user interfaces, or any other content distributed electronically or via physical media for sale, is strictly prohibited without a license extension. For instance, if you intend to distribute software for platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Wii, Mac OS, or Windows, which includes embedded copies of the Font Software, a license extension is required. Kindly reach out to us for a personalized quote if you require this form of use.
Additionally, if you plan to sell or distribute software for mobile devices (defined as devices running iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, PalmOS, WebOS, or Symbian operating systems) containing embedded copies of the Font Software, a separate Mobile App License must be obtained.
The conversion of desktop font formats for web usage is strictly prohibited. This license does not grant permission to convert or transmit the Font Software over the Internet for purposes of font serving or font replacement using technologies such as WOFF2, WOFF, EOT, SVG & TTF, Cufón, sIFR, TypeKit, embeddable Open Type, or any other existing or future technologies. To utilize the Font Software on the web in such a manner, a separate WebFont License is required.
You are not allowed to provide the Font Software on a closed network to licensed end users over a network, LAN, WAN, or the Internet without a license extension. Each licensed end user must obtain an individual discrete license. If you require this type of use, please contact us for a quote.
Utilization of more than 250,000 instances of the Font Software for print or digital purposes, including products, documents, promotional campaigns, related materials, advertising campaigns, related materials, or product packaging, requires a Large Volume Commercial license extension. This encompasses each static, rasterized, non-moving appearance of the font in interior and exterior store/business signs, billboards, electronic billboards, product packages, social media posts, gas pump displays, coupons, media cases, book covers, and similar mediums. Please contact us for a quote if you require this type of use.
The creation of Letterform/Alphabet products for resale is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to uses in scrapbooking involving reproductions of individual letterforms, digital alphabets (Alphas), adhesive sticker alphabet products, embroidery letters or fonts, signage or numbering products, monogram products, rubber stamps, die-cut products, stencil products, tattoo flash, software, or any means of producing alphabets or letterforms using sewing and/or embroidery machines, die-cut devices, plotters, or any product containing images of the letterforms or derived images from the Font Software design for distribution or resale. (This restriction does not apply to laser or inkjet printers used for purposes commonly associated with professional design or sign-making facilities, provided the end product is a finished work of design or ready-to-use sign.) If you intend to engage in this type of use, please contact us for a quote.
The creation of personalized or customized products for resale, such as T-shirts, greeting cards, mugs, postage stamps, stickers, postcards, business cards, or invitations, on a per-order basis for retail sale through platforms like Café Press, Zazzle, or similar services, is not permitted without a license extension. Please contact us for a quote if you require this type of use.
Using the Font Software to create content that is broadcasted or streamed, including content displayed or streamed through terrestrial, satellite, or internet services (e.g., television, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Vine, digital billboards, gas pump screens, aircraft or taxi entertainment screens, jumbotrons, movie theaters, public spaces, etc.), necessitates a license extension. For this type of use, please contact us for a quote.
Piotr Łapa, on behalf of the designer, grants you a license to use the Font Software under the terms of this agreement. However, please note that ownership of the media or device on which the Font Software is recorded, if applicable, does not grant any rights, titles, or interests in the design of the Font Software itself. All copies of the Font Software, including those accompanying this document in downloaded files or recorded media (such as magnetic or optical media), remain the exclusive property of Piotr Łapa and/or the designer. The Font Software and the design embodied within it are the exclusive property of Piotr Łapa and/or the designer, protected under domestic and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. The various names associated with the Font Software and the fonts included within are the trademarks of Piotr Łapa or the designer. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners and may be registered in the United States or other jurisdictions. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or any other intellectual property rights in the Font Software or any typeface design, except as expressly stated herein.
If you use the Font Software in a format that displays credits, such as in movies, television shows, awards ceremonies, or printed production credits, you agree to credit Piotr Łapa in the following manner: "(Font Name) © (Designer's Name) www.piotrlapa.com." Please note that this credit requirement only applies when credits are displayed as part of the format and does not extend to product packaging or similar instances.
In the event that the Font Software includes "dingbats" or other non-alphabetical glyphs, the usage of the artwork is subject to additional restrictions. Commercial utilization of such artwork, including but not limited to selling goods, logo design, retail packaging, or point-of-sale displays, is strictly prohibited without acquiring a license upgrade. Please contact us to obtain the necessary license extension for such uses.
You are not permitted to alter the Font Software in any way. This includes reformatting the Font Software into different formats or for use on different operating systems. Modifying or amending the embedding characteristics of the Font Software is also prohibited. The Font Software may not be used to create or distribute any electronic document in which the Font Software, or any part of it, is embedded in a format that allows the extraction, editing, alteration, enhancement, or modification by the recipient of such a document. Derivative works based on the Font Software may not be sub-licensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away without obtaining written permission from Piotr Łapa. Piotr Łapa shall not be held responsible for unauthorized, modified, or improperly regenerated, adapted, or translated software or derivative works.
Any violation of the terms of this Agreement will result in the termination of the License. Upon termination, and without limiting any other remedies available in law and equity, you agree to promptly return or destroy the Font Software at the discretion of Piotr Łapa, and certify that no copies remain in your possession or control.
You are responsible for complying with all laws relating to the control of exports or the transfer of technology in connection with the use and distribution of the Font Software. The Font Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The use, duplication, or disclosure by the government, governmental authorities, employees, or vendors may be subject to restrictions set forth in federal law and regulations. If applicable, you agree to familiarize yourself with and adhere to any applicable rules, regulations, or statutes.
Subject to the representations and warranties stated herein, the Font Software is provided "AS IS" without any fiduciary obligation to you and without any other warranties of any kind. Both Piotr Łapa and the designer of the Font Software expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as non-infringement. Piotr Łapa does not warrant that the operation of the Font Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Font Software is without defects. The Font Software is not intended, and was not designed or manufactured, for use in any circumstances where the failure of the Font Software could result in death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. The Font Software is not fault-tolerant and is not intended for use in the control or operation of devices or equipment for manufacturing, or for use in navigational devices. This disclaimer of warranties applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
In no event will Piotr Łapa be liable to you for consequential or incidental damages, including damages from loss of business profits or savings, business interruption, loss of business information, and similar damages, or for any claim by any party arising out of the use of or inability to use the Font Software, even if Piotr Łapa has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, subject to the conditions noted herein, shall Piotr Łapa or the designer's maximum liability to you or any third party exceed the replacement cost of the Font Software or the provision of substitute software, at the sole discretion of Piotr Łapa. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Piotr Łapa and Piotr Łapa's suppliers, including any designers of the Font Software, harmless from any losses, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from any claim by a third party related to your breach of this Agreement or your acts, errors, or omissions.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland, applicable to contracts entered into and performed wholly therein, without the application of its conflict of law provisions or the conflict of law provisions of any other jurisdiction. You expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the local, state, or federal courts within California, as selected by Piotr Łapa, for the hearing or resolution of any disputes or actions arising out of or related to this License. You further expressly waive any jurisdiction or venue defenses and agree to service of process by certified mail with return receipt requested. All remedies are cumulative and not exclusive.
By using the Font Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between Piotr Łapa and you, superseding any prior proposals or agreements, whether oral or written, and any other communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. No variation of the terms of this agreement or any different terms will be enforceable against Piotr Łapa unless Piotr Łapa provides express written consent. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. In the event that Piotr Łapa initiates any collection or enforcement efforts or legal action to interpret or enforce this Agreement, you will be responsible for paying reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Piotr Łapa. If you are a designer and Piotr Łapa brings any enforcement efforts or legal action against any third party for whom you work, arising from your obligations in this Agreement or the violation by that third party of any applicable restrictions or obligations in this Agreement, you will be responsible for paying reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Piotr Łapa. This Agreement will not be construed against any party by reason of its drafting or preparation. Piotr Łapa expressly reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time and without prior notification.
Piotr Łapa WebFonts are licensed based on monthly pageviews, for a one-time fee. There are no subscriptions, no re-occurring fees, and no tracking. You are responsible for upgrading your license, should your site come to reflect higher monthly pageviews. (You only need to pay the difference.) Traffic should be based on a six-month average of stats. (Or an estimate thereof if six months are not yet available.)
Piotr Łapa WebFonts are made available in the following file formats: EOT, WOFF2, WOFF, and are generated from the latest version of the desktop font. You are responsible for hosting the files, and referring to them with the code that you administer. Piotr Łapa simply provides the files "as is," and is not responsible for tech and/or design support.
You are permitted to use the licensed WebFont(s) on the web for styling HTML web pages using CSS @font-face. Each licensed WebFont can be used on one domain name (URL) only. It is not allowed to link the WebFont files across multiple domains. These conditions also apply to workplace intranets. The licensee can use the licensed WebFont(s) on any website owned or controlled by them, subject to paragraphs 2.4 and 2.5 below.
The usage of the licensed WebFont(s) is subject to the following restrictions:
Only EOT and WOFF formats provided by Piotr Łapa may be put online and/or linked to. Other formats, such as Truetype or OpenType, are strictly prohibited.
Ensure that the copyright, legal, or ownership information in the sample HTML/CSS/Javascript files is retained within your published website code. Failure to include this information, wholly or partially, will void any and all support.
Do not exceed the number of monthly pageviews specified in your license receipt. If the average number of pageviews over six months exceeds your purchased pricing tier, you must upgrade your license to the appropriate page view amount. It is your responsibility as the end user to determine and pay for the correct usage.
Agencies or entities responsible for multiple client websites, including web design agencies, hosting providers, or web-based service providers like online media services or social networks, may not share a single WebFont or Font Software license across multiple clients. Each beneficial user of the WebFont Software must purchase their own appropriately-tiered license.
Licensed WebFont(s) are exclusively for display within web environments on browsers, specifically for "stylizing HTML pages." They may not be used on platforms such as laptops, desktops, computer servers, smartphones, electronic kiosks, gaming devices (e.g., PS4, XBOX, Wii, GameBoy, PSP), media players, or smart televisions.
The Licensed WebFont(s) may not be used in web-based applications where users can select and/or use any Licensed WebFont for text composition or editing purposes. They are not to be used in applications sold, made available for free, or distributed for use outside of web browsers, ePubs, or PDF documents. Additionally, the Licensed WebFont(s) may not be used for printing, merchandising scenarios, or displayed on subdomains not controlled by you. Online editors or design tools cannot utilize the Licensed WebFont(s).
Amending, modifying, altering, or changing the Licensed WebFont(s) using conversion or editing tools is strictly prohibited. You may not adapt, embed, translate, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the Licensed WebFont(s). The conversion of the Licensed WebFont(s) file formats to other formats using online web font conversion tools is also prohibited.
The Licensed WebFont(s) may only be used with @font-face technology and are not compatible with technologies like slFR, Cufón, or Typeface.js.
You may not sell, re-sell, sub-license, or make the Licensed WebFont(s) available to any third party or through any Webfont provision service, whether for payment, trade, or without charge.
You are allowed to keep backups of the Licensed WebFonts in the cloud, on a desktop, laptop, mobile device, or studio server, as long as you, the single user/owner, are the only person managing the backup. Multiple users should not manage the backup.
Piotr Łapa reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any terms listed in this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all original and copied Piotr Łapa WebFonts and accompanying documentation. This license may be updated periodically, with the latest version always available on our website. If you are unable to locate the latest version, please contact us for further details.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
Piotr Łapa fonts are available for embedding in all Electronic Publications (hereafter referred to as "ePub") for a one-time fee of 2x the desktop license.
This is not an additional file format, it just extends the desktop license. Remember that you are only purchasing a license to use the font, and full ownership of Piotr Łapa fonts always remains that of the font creator(s), with all rights reserved thereto.
This ePub license allows customers to embed ONE (1) OpenType/TrueType font in ONE (1) ePub Release Title for a one-time fee of 2x the font price. For example, a $20 font with one ePub license would cost $60, while a $100 font with one ePub License would cost $300.
This ePub license is valid for integrating and embedding ONE (1) Piotr Łapa font in ONE (1) ePub title at a time, and is valid ONLY for the eBooks, Kindle AZW, iBooks, PDF, EPUB, and Mobipocket formats. (If your ePub scenario falls outside this list, it is NOT supported by this license. Please contact us to discuss your desired use in this case.)
With the ePub license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to integrate, combine, embed, or incorporate ONE (1) Piotr Łapa font within ONE (1) ePub title. This license also allows you to install and use ONE (1) Piotr Łapa font for the creation and testing of your ePub scenario. If you wish to use the Piotr Łapa font for more than one ePub title, you must purchase an additional ePub license. Each issue of a periodical is considered a separate ePub title.
The usage of the Piotr Łapa font in ePub is subject to the following restrictions:
You must embed the Piotr Łapa font(s) within a secure format that only permits viewing and disallows extraction, editing, altering, enhancing, or modifying of the font software. Acceptable formats include PDF, EPUB 2.01, EPUB 3, and KF8. The ePub file must be fully contained/embedded within a non-executable file that is displayed solely by e-reader software or on e-reader devices. The Piotr Łapa font(s) should not be accessible to the operating system on which the Electronic Publication format is viewed.
The Piotr Łapa font(s) may only be embedded for use on mobile e-reader devices such as iPads, Nooks, or Kindles. Applications designed for other platforms, including but not limited to Xbox, PS3, PSP, Wii, PC, MAC, etc., are not considered ePub and are not covered under this license. Contact us if you require an extended license for such usage.
You may not sell, re-sell, sub-license, or make the Piotr Łapa font(s) available to any third party, regardless of the technology or methods used, whether for payment, trade, or free of charge.
Using conversion or editing tools to modify or alter the font(s) is strictly prohibited. You may not adapt, embed, translate, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the font(s).
You are permitted to maintain backups of the licensed Piotr Łapa fonts in the cloud, on your desktop, laptop, mobile device, or studio server. However, it is essential that you, as the single user/owner, are the sole manager of the backup. Multiple users should not manage the backup.
Piotr Łapa reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any terms specified in this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all original and copied Piotr Łapa fonts and accompanying documentation. This license may be updated periodically, and the latest version will always be available on our website. If you cannot find the latest version, please contact us for further information.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.

This Mobile Application license is valid for integrating and embedding ONE (1) Piotr Łapa font in ONE (1) Mobile Application product at a time, and is valid ONLY for the iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, PalmOS, WebOS, and Symbian operating systems. (If your Mobile App scenario falls outside this list, it is NOT supported by this license. Please contact us to discuss your desired use in this case.)
With the Mobile Application license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to integrate, combine, embed, or incorporate ONE (1) Piotr Łapa font within ONE (1) specified Mobile Application title. This license also allows you to install and use ONE (1) Piotr Łapa font for the creation and testing of your Mobile App scenario.
You must embed the font software securely in the application, allowing only viewing and disallowing extraction, editing, altering, enhancing, or modifying of the Piotr Łapa font(s) software.
You are not allowed to use the Piotr Łapa font for more than the one specified Mobile App title without purchasing an additional Mobile App license from Piotr Łapa. However, if the Mobile Application is identical across multiple mobile platforms from the approved list above, you only need one Mobile Application license to develop and release it.
The usage of the Piotr Łapa font in Mobile Apps is subject to the following restrictions:
You may not embed the Piotr Łapa font(s) in any Application that generates output such as PDFs, word processing documents, spreadsheets, labeled photos, static images, scalable images, advertisements, or other documents or data files. Additionally, you may not allow end users of the Application to select or use any Piotr Łapa font(s) for text composition or editing purposes. The Piotr Łapa font(s) should not be displayed within an online editor or design tool. Server components in a client/server architecture are also prohibited. Furthermore, the Piotr Łapa font(s) may not be distributed to more than five hundred thousand (500,000) End Users within a twelve-month period.
The Piotr Łapa font(s) may only be embedded in a single specified Application designed for handheld, mobile devices running the iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, PalmOS, WebOS, or Symbian operating systems. Applications created for other platforms, such as Windows, Mac OS X, Kindle, Nook, electronic kiosks, gaming devices like PS4, XBOX, Wii, GameBoy, PSP, laptop computers, desktop computers, computer servers, smartphones, media players, and smart televisions, require a license upgrade.
The Piotr Łapa font(s) may only be embedded in a specified Application where the Font Software does not represent the primary value or primary functionality of the Application.
The Piotr Łapa font(s) should not be installed in a way that is accessible to the operating system(s) on which the specified Application runs.
You may not sell, re-sell, sub-license, or make the Piotr Łapa font(s) available to any third party, irrespective of the technology or methods used, whether for payment, trade, or free of charge.
You may not use conversion or editing tools to amend, modify, or otherwise change or alter the Font(s). Adaptation, embedding, translation, modification, reverse engineering, or the creation of derivative works based on the Font(s) is strictly prohibited.
You can keep backups of the licensed fonts in the cloud, on a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, or on a studio server. However, it is essential that you, as the single user/owner, are the only person managing the backup. Multiple users cannot access the backup.
Failure to comply with any of the terms listed in this License Agreement may result in the immediate termination of your license by Piotr Łapa. In such a case, you must destroy the original and any copies of the Piotr Łapa WebFont and accompanying documentation. This license may be updated periodically, and the latest version will always be available on our website. If you have trouble finding the latest version, please contact us for further information.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
